• Arrive with freshly cleansed lashes and avoid oil or makeup around the lash line
• Avoid caffeinated beverages
• Use the restroom before your appointment
• Shower and or wash your hair ahead of time to avoid getting lashes wet for 24 hours

• Arrive to your appointment on time
• During your appointment, lay very still with minimal movement
• Silence your phone to be respectful of other lash queens
• If you have any issues with your lashes please address them with us within 24-48 hours
• It is normal for your lashes to fall out sporadically. Please do not call or text every time you lose an extension

To avoid damage to your natural lashes do not pick or pull on the extensions, wash and comb regularly, and avoid wearing mascara.

• Alway use a lash growth serum (think of it as a multi vitamin for your lashes!)
• Avoid sleeping on your face
• Use a silk pillowcase, it helps with friction to your lashes
• Wash and comb daily
• Use an oil free makeup remover around the lash line
• Avoid oil around the eye area
• If you have any redness, swelling, or irritation take allergy medication and contact us about a removal
